Prices displayed on the website are exclusive of taxes. If you are shopping within the USA, sales tax will only be charged on orders shipped within the state of New York.
SHIPPING & HANDLING
Orders are processed within 3-4 business days, Monday through Friday. Orders received on weekends and holidays will be processed the following business day. Orders are generally shipped within 48 hours after your order has been processed, from our New Jersey warehouse.
Availability of products is not guaranteed. If you have ordered an item that is not available or that is delayed, we will notify you via email or telephone.
For all U.S. shipments we offer the option of UPS ground, UPS 3 Day Select, UPS 2nd Day Air, or UPS Overnight. You will receive a shipment confirmation email with the shipping tracking number. To track your package, please visit ups.com.

We are pleased to announce that we accept International orders.
Please email customer service to process your order. We ship USPS priority. Please allow 2-3 weeks for delivery, pending proximity to the United States.
International processing, shipping and handling charges are as follows:
1 item=$35 , 2 items= $45, 3-5 items= $55, 6 or more items= to be determined at time of shipment.
**Please note that customer is responsible for any customs and duties charges incurred according to their country's rates.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
We do not accept returns for SALE and MARKED DOWN merchandise, or for items purchased using a PROMOTION CODE. CARDIGAN New York is unable to offer price adjustments. Thank you for understanding.
We accept returns within 14 days of shipping date on any FULL price merchandise, that has not been worn, washed, or altered with all original tags attached. All sales are FINAL after 14 days. You are responsible for any return shipping costs. Cardigan by Lynne Hiriak is not responsible for return shipping costs.
Please contact customer service to receive a RETURN AUTHORIZATION #. No return will be accepted without an authorization #. We will process your return or exchange as soon as possible but please allow up to 14 days for your refund to be processed and up to two billing cycles for the credit to appear on your credit card statement.
We accept exchanges for cardigannewyork.com store credit within 14 days of shipping date on any merchandise, that has not been worn, washed, or altered with all original tags attached. We have the right to deny a refund if the merchandise returned does not meet our return or exchange policy requirements.
